“If you’re looking to try a tiny or waiting for your tiny to be completed, here’s a chance for a test drive,” YouTuber Strass and Wrinkles (@rhinestonesandwrinkles) noted on a video in rent.

The completed project can be seen in the clip featuring a small staircase up to a white front door attached to the larger structure, painted in dark gray and complete with two windows and a white panel roof.

Strass and Wrinkles noted that the property was recently built by Incredible Tiny Homes and had not yet been lived in.

The construction company, based in Newport, Tennessee, scored 4.4 out of five stars rated by customers on Google.

The resident praised the brand for its craftsmanship, urging fans looking for an opportunity to experience tiny living before making the permanent decision to look no further than the recent construction.

It is named Tula’s Roost and is located in the community of Bybee, about 90 kilometers east of Knoxville.

According to Strass and Wrinkles, the home is also about 8 to 9 miles from the Incredible Tiny Homes headquarters in Newport.

Anyone interested after staying in the tiny house could then work with the brand to define the details of their own project.

Included in the property is a “new mini split heating and cooling system, new refrigerator and microwave,” according to the YouTuber.

Each can be seen in the brief tour video, along with a bed and storage areas for personal belongings.

The small residential community plans to add 25 new units and have healthcare services – but you must meet the criteria to get a spot

There was a full bathroom with toilet and shower as well.

“An infrared hot plate and storage cabinet are being added,” noted Strass and Wrinkles.

The resident said prospective tenants could take advantage of the deal starting with a $450 deposit.

After that, monthly rent payments of $650 plus electric costs.

All other utilities appear to be included.

Interested parties were encouraged to contact the resident by email at tulasroost@gmail.com.
