Levi Kelly tours unique spaces around the world, including small homes.
In a recent video on his YouTube channelhe visited a quaint little house in Kingston, Tennessee, which is about 30 minutes from Knoxville.
It’s a brand new farmhouse on 30 acres of land that gives access to a lush forest.
There is a huge front porch with rocking chairs on one side and a rocking bench on the other, perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
“I couldn’t ask for a better setting for this little house,” Kelly said.
“It’s just isolated, it’s private, [but] we are very close to the city. It’s just a six-minute drive from the supermarket and all the food options.”
But his favorite part of the 488-square-foot home is the clever layout, which he called “perfect.”
The house has a kitchen, living room, full bathroom and a bedroom.
There is a sofa bed with extra mattress in the living room for extra guests.
Also in the living room is a large television and a gas fireplace to keep things cozy.
The living room flows into the kitchen with a counter perfect for dining and socializing.
In the kitchen there is a gas stove and oven, refrigerator and washing machine and dryer.
The bedroom has a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a huge shower.
There are just as many outdoor amenities as there are inside, including a backyard deck that offers forest views and a fire pit out front.
You can spend the night in the small house nearby booking a stay on Airbnb.
