Taco Bell customers will be familiar with the customer satisfaction survey found on the back of their receipt.

Often, employees encourage customers to fill out the survey for a chance to win $500.

But according to a worker in RedditThere are also benefits for employees if enough people leave positive feedback on the survey.

“We host parties in stores. We eat pizza parties and also get gift cards,” they wrote.

“I paid for dinner with a card,” the source added.

“We work hard for that reason and if the coach is happy, everyone is happy.”

The employee revealed the trick they use to attract customers and mention her by name in their reviews.

“I like to really exaggerate and at the same time say ‘My name is June, like the month and you can tell my boss I’m doing a good job’.”

The Taco Bell source said the customer always “smiles and laughs” and it “makes my day.”

Each receipt has a 16-digit code that must be entered to complete the search.

Each customer who responds to the survey can choose to enter a drawing to win $500.

However, you must be 18 or older and live in the United States to enter.
