PROSPECTIVE homeowners can now do their property search completely online and receive a new home on their land.
Amazon entered the real estate market by selling small prefabricated homes.
For a price range of $18,000 to $20,000, hopeful buyers can choose from three foldable homes of different sizes.

It’s on sale for just $17,999.99, while the largest home weighs 11,000 pounds and offers double the square footage for $19,999.99.
According to Amazon, all three AMFOR homes for sale are expandable and come with a bathroom and kitchen.
The versatility of the home means that layouts can be changed to suit the owners’ unique spaces and individual needs.
Additionally, the flat nature of the folding house means it is mobile, allowing for what Amazon called “flexible relocation.”
The modern design means the structure is light and airy, with numerous windows and double entrance doors.
Meanwhile, the smaller designer interior offers ample space with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room.
“The kitchen will be equipped with cabinets and a sink, while the bathroom will have amenities such as a shower, closet and toilet,” states the product description.
“All doors, windows, floors, internal wiring, switches, outlets and drain pipes will be installed inside the house for convenient use.”
With at least four people required for a safe and “easy” installation, Amazon claims the flatpack home can be set up in just 10 minutes.
A diagram of the installation process shows how crews start with the flat package and then install the floors, roof, and then walls.
All that’s left to do after that is move.
While the ease of buying and setting up the home is a big benefit, the main selling points are the price and sustainability elements.
These are two main factors that explain why tiny homes are taking off as a new living concept.
Smaller living spaces are automatically cheaper to live in, manage and buy, which is why several communities have turned to them as a solution to homelessness.
