Private Selection is a private label sold exclusively at Kroger and its affiliates.

One product sold by the brand is ice cream, including the Maine Blueberry Belgian Waffle Cone flavor.

However, one shopper who purchased a bathtub was shocked to discover it was missing the advertised blueberry component.

She photographed the contents of the bathtub and showed it through a X post how the ice cream lacked the blueberry swirl seen on the packaging.

The customer said she is normally a big fan of the brand, but couldn’t understand what was wrong with the bathtub.

“Unfortunately, my blueberry waffle beer was missing something. Blueberries!” she wrote.

“I wonder how this happened.”

Kroger jumped in to respond.

“We are very sorry to see this,” they wrote.

The grocery store asked the customer to contact them with more information so they could investigate.

MORE KROGER COMPLAINTS

However, a missing ice cream ingredient isn’t the only cause of complaints Kroger shoppers have had recently.

The grocer’s home delivery service recently left another customer angry after paying more than he expected for his groceries.

“For delivery orders, you must notify the customer if an item is going out of sale or has a coupon in the cart before purchasing,” he wrote on X.

“I paid 30% more today because I didn’t realize their weekly prices change at midnight on Wednesday.”

However, the customer was refunded for these items and Kroger issued an apology.

Other shoppers shared their frustrations with the store’s use of self-service cash registers.

Recently, one of them was outraged to discover that only self-checkout was available at his local Kroger during a busy shopping period.

“They wouldn’t even know if I left without paying, but I wouldn’t do that,” he wrote on X.

Other customers are upset that the audio from self-checkout machines can no longer be muted at Kroger.

And find out why some shoppers hate a recent policy change affecting self-checkout use at Walmart.
