TRADER Joe’s fans were furious after the store made changes to a summer favorite.
The supermarket has recently introduced a range of new seasonal products, but not all of them have been well received.
Trader Joe’s has brought back its cold-brewed instant coffee for the summer.
Sold in small seasoning-style shakers, the product can be mixed with cold water or milk to make a refreshing, caffeinated drink.
However, customers in Reddit noticed that their beloved item looks a little different this year.
“The container is now plastic instead of glass and is also smaller,” one of them pointed out in a new thread.

“This was one of my summer iced coffee staples! Has anyone tried it?”
Some shoppers took to the comments to share their thoughts.
“I was disappointed,” wrote one.
“I’ll try to change the proportion of coffee and water to see if it improves.”
Another said: “It’s horrible.”
“All TJ’s and instant coffee concentrates are garbage. But the 8-ounce cans of coffee are good.”
Another compared the product to a well-known coffee chain.
“I agree, their coffee is somehow worse than Starbucks,” they wrote.
OTHER SUMMER PRODUCTS
While the return of cold brew coffee hasn’t gone too well, Trader Joe’s other new items are proving popular.
