FRUSTRATED BUYER

A Dollar Tree customer, Krazy Joe, criticized the retailer for allegedly not enforcing its return policy.

Joe posted on X, formerly Twitter, that a manager at store #2932 refused to issue a refund, despite policy stating that refunds are allowed with a receipt.

He shared a screenshot of Dollar Tree’s return policy, claiming the manager violated the chain’s rules.

Joe also expressed dissatisfaction with Dollar Tree’s customer service, writing that they “completely screwed up” and “don’t really care.”

Store return policies differ for in-store and online purchases, with online sales being final according to the website.

Meanwhile, another retail customer plans to boycott the chain.
