A WALMART shopper shared photo proof of why she didn’t like shopping at the store.
Jayne Jones Sullivan explained why the store’s new carts made shopping uncomfortable.
The shopper said she doesn’t normally visit Walmart, but recently had some reasons to go to the store.
“I hate shopping at Walmart and usually only go there once or twice a year,” she wrote on Facebook. publish.
“Because of looking for things I couldn’t find elsewhere, I went to Walmart three times last month.”
Sullivan explained that he didn’t find the items he needed, but said he left with some items to take to the retailer.
She shared a positive opinion and her confusion with the store’s new carts.
“The new store layout and displays are cool, but what about the tall shopping carts?” she asked.
“I don’t like them at all.”
She explained that she was just six feet tall, but shared an image of the stroller’s handles reaching up to her chest.
“If I had a child in the seat, I wouldn’t even be able to see over it,” she said.
Sullivan’s post caused several people to agree with his opinion about these carts.
“I’m 5’7″ and I recently went to a different Walmart and found the cart strange!” said this person in the comment.
“I’m glad it’s not just me!”
Another person also shared how these carts prevented them from visiting Walmart unless necessary.
“I can’t take it either,” said this person.
“I only go as a last resort.”
Other shoppers also took to Facebook to share their specific concerns with these new carts, The US Sun previously reported.
A customer complained about how she was unable to protect her baby while shopping.
“BUT Walmart had to screw it up with their stupid new carts,” this person wrote in one publish.
“Not only are the strollers annoyingly tall, but the front basket is not 100% suitable for a stroller cover.
“There is no place to guarantee the type of insertion I got and there are 2 random things that are in the way (one is a cup holder, the other I have no idea why)… I was so annoyed, ugh!!”
The US Sun has reached out to Walmart for comment.
