WALMART is helping shoppers beat the summer heat with a sale.
The retailer has slashed the price of a tower fan by 35%, and shoppers can now purchase the summer essential for just $49.

Walmart has dropped the price on an indoor summer essential — the Lasko 42″ Wind Curve Tower Fan.
The fan was previously priced at $74.99, but is currently on sale for $48.97, offering buyers a 35% discount.
The cooling product features a fresh air ionizer option that creates a “feeling of fresh air,” as per the product description.
The gray oscillating fan has wood accents and three silent speeds to customize the level of cooling you want.
It can be easily assembled without tools and has an automatic shut-off timer that can be set for up to 7.5 hours.
Buyers can control the fan through its electronic controls or the multifunctional remote that comes with it.
The deal is part of the retailer’s biggest savings event, Walmart Deals, which runs from July 8 at 5 pm through July 11 at 11:59 pm ET.
Walmart+ members, however, currently have access to the offer online only.
These paying members got access to Walmart deals starting at noon ET today — five hours before other shoppers.
All buyers will have access to the offer at 5pm ET today, July 8th.
In addition to home items, the retailer will sell thousands of items across multiple categories.
