A WALMART customer has begged the retailer to get its operations in order after a disappointing shopping experience.

The shopper dragged Walmart online over four main issues with the store while demanding answers.

Walmart is the world’s largest retailer, with billions of dollars in annual revenue and more than 10,000 stores in 24 countries.

Shoppers love the store for its consistently low prices and wide selection of groceries and merchandise.

However, many customers often don’t like the environment within the retail giant or how Walmart operates as a business.

One of these customers expressed his complaints in an X publish.

“Get your shit together!” begged Walmart customer Del Tanner.

One major flaw he pointed out was that on his last shopping trip, the store had almost no stock.

Having too many items out of stock is problematic for both parties, as it loses Walmart money and forces customers to spend their money elsewhere.

Two other problems Tanner noted were that the store did not have regular registers open and only self-checkout kiosks were available.

Walmart received a number of similar complaints from shoppers on social media after increasing its use of self-checkout, with some customers even boycotting the store.

A fourth problem Tanner had with his local Walmart was that there were no restrooms available for customers.

Walmart shoppers were warned as a theft ring was seen on camera placing information-stealing devices at self-checkout – $300,000 lost in seconds

“No bathrooms – Porta-potties in front. Seriously?!?!” he fumed, pairing his X post with an image of three portable toilets parked outside Walmart.

PURCHASING CONFLICT

Tanner is not alone in his negative feelings toward Walmart.

Many customers have complained about the retailer’s poor service, with one customer even abandoning his $350 shopping cart after a rude encounter with a manager.

On a Facebook publish Since last August, Walmart shopper Emily Low explained how Walmart+’s scan and go feature wasn’t working when checking out.

The self-checkout kiosk had frozen, so a Walmart employee directed her to a second and third register.

What is Walmart Scan and Go?

Walmart’s Scan and Go is designed to save shoppers time

Walmart’s Scan and Go system was created to help customers scan items as they shop, pay and check out, without waiting in long checkout lines.

The retailer outlines the new system to be implemented in a few easy steps:

  • Customers first need to download the Walmart app on their phone with location access enabled.
  • On the Store Mode home page, buyers must click on the Scan and Go option.
  • Customers can scan each item and place them in their carts as they shop.
  • At the end, they will be asked to view their cart to ensure the quantity in the app matches the quantity in their cart.
  • Shoppers will press “Check Out” and head to a self-checkout kiosk.
  • They will be asked to scan the QR code provided at the cash register and confirm their payment method.
  • Once the transaction is complete, shoppers can leave the store without any worries.

While she was assessing the payment status, another customer checked her purchases at Low’s first cash register and the payment was charged to her AmEx card.

Low’s entire shopping list had been deleted from the Walmart app at that point, so she would have to unpack and rescan her hundreds of dollars worth of groceries.

She first went to the customer service desk to get a refund for the man’s purchases charged to her card, but only received partial credit after 40 minutes of being served.

A manager was called to help refund the full amount, but she “walked away” while Low spoke to her, causing the customer to abandon her $350 worth of groceries after shopping for two hours.

“To the sweet customer service lady who apologized for the poor treatment I received from management, you should be the manager! I wouldn’t have left all that food there,” she wrote.

In related news, Walmart shoppers point out a major issue for parents with the store’s new strollers.

Additionally, a Walmart shopper warned others after being charged $9.48 for an item they “would never buy” – he was refused a refund.
