A THRIFT store shopper shared her success after finding seven bottles of the highly sought-after perfume for just $1.
She bought the vintage bottles at Goodwill and can now sell them for up to $220 each on eBay.
Aylin is a thrift store dealer who makes extra money by shopping for bargains at Goodwill and reselling them on eBay for a profit.
On a TikTok (@aylinflips), she showed off her huge collection of retro perfumes.
The buyer purchased seven 2oz bottles of Jovan Woman – which has now been discontinued.
“I got seven of these for 99 cents,” she boasted.
Although the fragrances are now rare and sought after, it wasn’t difficult for Aylin to find them at Goodwill.
“I was only there for five minutes, went into a hallway and then left,” she explained.
First launched in 1976, Jovan Woman has been described as a fragrance “that haunts men’s memories”.
Its unique, woody and spicy composition has made it so sought after because few fragrances currently available smell similar.
As Aylin discovered, full 2-ounce bottles of Jovan Woman now sell on eBay for as much as $220.
This means that if she managed to sell all seven, she would make a total profit of $1,540.
