A YOUNG businessman has told how he made quick money in his neighborhood with his simple side job.
Window cleaning side hustle made him $850 in less than an hour.

Jaden Adler (@jadenadlerbusiness) runs a window cleaning business and shares advice for getting started on TikTok.
On a video Starting in May, Adler explained how to join the “BEST side hustle.”
“I just made $850 in this neighborhood in 30 minutes and this is how you do it,” the businessman began.
He knocked on the door of a house in a local neighborhood and greeted the woman who opened the door.

“So me and my boys were in the neighborhood today,” he explained to the owner. “We are only working on a few houses at the moment. What we do is run a window cleaning business.”
Adler offered to count the windows in her house and come back with a “very good price” for her.
Tools to get started
On another TikTok videoAdler listed the tools you’ll need to start cleaning windows as a side hustle:
- 14-inch and 6-inch double-sided squeegee: $35
- Extra hard scrubbers: $2
- Microfiber Towels: $5
- Dawn Dish Soap: $5
- Home Depot Bucket: $5
The owner agreed and the young entrepreneur began counting 47 windows in total.
“So for 47 windows it would normally be expensive,” Adler told the woman, saying it would have cost $295 if she had called them.
“Since we are already in the neighborhood today working on some neighbors, the price will drop to $245,” he offered.
Adler noted that the price included a thorough cleaning of all windows, both low and high.
He also explained that they only cleaned the outside of the windows, but that they went in to remove the screens and clean the window sills.
“If we do a bad job, everyone will hear about it, so that’s why we never do a bad job,” he assured the owner.
At the end of the video, the woman agreed to the service and Adler informed her that they would return an hour after finishing at a neighboring house.
QUICK PROFIT
Another TikToker shared how he makes $8,400 a month in his neighborhood cleaning trash cans.
“I always saved this side hustle to do with my friends over the summer and we did BANK,” he shared on video rubric.
You only need a hose, but the businessman also used a cleaning solution.
He suggested knocking on neighbors’ doors and offering to clean their trash cans, remembering that elderly neighbors pay a lot of money for you to do it.
The content creator estimated that it takes about 20 minutes to clean each trash can and cleaned about 20 cans per day.
He charged each customer $15, which worked out to about $2,100 weekly or $8,400 monthly.
