Taylor Swift sure looks like she’s having a blast in London.

On his third night performing in front of 90,000 people – including several British celebrities – at Wembley Stadium, and his 106th Eras Tour show around the world, TIME’s 2023 Person of the Year has found a new way to surprise his fans and the Internet: with a special appearance – and performance – by her boyfriend Travis Kelce.

Kelce, Super Bowl-winning tight end for the Kansas City Chiefs and rising actor, appeared on stage during the introduction of Swift’s Department of Tortured Poets song “I Can Do This With a Broken Heart”.

Videos of the viral moment showed Kelce wearing a tailcoat and top hat to match the scene’s usual dress and choreography, in which Swift is encouraged along with her costume change to continue performing.

As part of the act, Kelce lifted Swift onto a couch, shook her and even powdered her face, before beckoning her to sing the song. Before singing, Swift turned to Kelce and blew her a kiss.

Social media users were delighted with the revelation. “Travis Kelce made history. Winning the Lombardi Trophy and the music industry in the same year”, he wrote a user. And “there’s something incredibly poetic about Travis Kelce carrying Taylor Swift after her heart was shattered…” wrote another.

Swift and Kelce were first linked romantically last September, a few months after Swift’s rumored split with 1975 singer Matty Healy — who was reportedly the subject of much of her latest album — and several months after their official breakup with her longtime boyfriend, the British actor. Joe Alwyn.

“I can do this with a broken heart.” tell a story of acting despite heartbreak and masking misery. But it might be safe to say that Swift isn’t performing heartbroken anymore.

In November, during the Buenos Aires leg of her Eras Tour, Swift changed the lyrics of her song “Karma” to reference “the Chiefs guy coming straight home to me.” And Kelce was seen in a series of Swift concerts around the world, often dancing amongst the public.

When Kelce took the stage on Sunday, several other stars were among the spectators – including Sir Paul McCartney, who was spotted exchanging friendship bracelets with Swifties. Swift’s previous two nights at Wembley were attended by, among others, True love actor Hugh Grant— who described Kelce as “excellent, albeit gigantic” in a post praising Swift — and Prince William, who shared a selfie taken with Swift and their children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte. (Swift revealed that Kelce also met behind the scenes with the British royal family.)

Swift heads to Dublin, Ireland, and then other parts of Europe over the summer, although she will return to London in August for five more Wembley shows before the Eras Tour returns to North America in the fall.
