Jennifer Garner does an ‘Elektra shake’ on set in Deadpool costume as fans brag ‘this is so iconic’

FANS of Jennifer Garner made several fans laugh after posting a video of herself making a smoothie on the set of Deadpool.

The Golden Globe-winning actress took to Instagram wearing her Elektra costume, who appeared in the new film.

“Elektra smoothie. A great and rewarding way for all superheroes – caped or not – to start the day,” Jennifer, 52, captioned the post. publish on Tuesday.

The video is also part of the actress’ Pretend Cooking Show series.

In the clip posted to social media, the Marvel star is in what appears to be an artificial cave on the set of the Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds-led film Deadpool and Wolverine.

In the clip, the actress is seen adding berries and spinach, protein powder and a few other ingredients.

Once the entire smoothie has been blended to perfection, Jennifer takes one of her sais — a sharp weapon used in Chinese martial arts — and stirs it for a bit before tasting it.

“Have a nice day,” Jennifer says as the video ends.

For those who want to recreate the delicious-looking smoothie, Jennifer included the recipe in the video’s caption.

“1 serving protein powder, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, 1 tablespoon chia seeds,” the instructions say.

“1 tablespoon almond butter (if no one is looking I use extra…), 1 cup almond milk, a handful of fresh spinach, a handful of ice [and a] A small handful of berries (see almond butter, also true here).

Jennifer credits her discovery of the smoothie to famous health coach and best-selling author Kelly LeVeque.

Many fans flocked to the comments section of the post.

“Do you have Elektralites?” laughed one user.

“So amazing,” praised a second person.

“It really suits her character that Elektra is making a protein shake,” laughed a third person.

This isn’t the first time Jennifer has shown how she stays in shape on the movie set.

In a post dated August 5, 2024, Jennifer can be seen doing several intense workouts to get back into fighting shape.

“Becoming Elektra,” the video’s text read.

In the video, the Love Simon star can be seen undergoing extensive training to get back up to speed with the role he played in 2004.

“Aside from trying to convince my kids’ preschool friends that I was secretly a ninja, I hadn’t learned Elektra’s salts since 2004,” she wrote in a lengthy caption.

“I was in shape, but not @wonder appropriate,” she added.

Jennifer would later thank Ryan and the film’s director, Shawn Levy.

“I didn’t know Elektra and I needed an ending, but Shawn and Ryan did,” she continued.

“They are talented in many ways, but seeing and uplifting the people around them is at the top of the list.”
