RYAN Seacrest’s ex-girlfriend Aubrey Paige shared a cryptic post about being scared on social media.
Last week, the American Idol host and his model girlfriend announced they had ended their three-year relationship.
On Saturday, Aubrey, 26, reshared a post from the Instagram account noteforeachday.
The post featured a blurry photo of a cityscape with a superimposed quote asking, “What are you so afraid of?”
Aubrey didn’t explain why she reposted the message, but she followed up with another somewhat mysterious quote about self-reliance.
She reposted a November 2022 Tweet by rapper Big Boss Vette, 26, who said: “At some point, you have to help yourself, save you, change you, love you.”

Audrey captioned the quote, “Morning Inspo” with an added coffee emoji.
Last Wednesday, a source revealed to the People that Aubrey and Ryan, 49, decided to call it quits.
“After three beautiful years together, Ryan and Aubrey have mutually decided to separate,” the source shared.
“They plan to remain in each other’s lives as good friends and support each other’s endeavors.”
A representative for the American Top 40 host confirmed the split.
The exes dated for about three years before breaking up.
They first went public with their relationship in May 2021 after being spotted in the Hamptons celebrating Memorial Day.
DEALING WITH SEPARATION
On the same day as the breakup announcement, Aubrey shared a photo of herself in front of vegetation and a lake.
The camera was pointed at her belly, with her head cut out of the photo.
For one, she was holding a glass of wine to promote her side movement, Sippin’ on Somethin’, which is a card game.
“You’re not sad, you just need wine @sippinonsomethin,” Aubrey captioned the post.
On Friday, Ryan appeared to be in good spirits following the breakup.
He had a big smile on his face as he celebrated his 20th birthday at Los Angeles radio station KIIS-FM, meeting fans and handing out awards in El Sereno, California.
LUCKY HOST
The split could offer Ryan more time to focus on his new hosting job, as he will take over for longtime Wheel of Fortune host Pat Sajak after he retires in June.
Ryan will take the reins in September.
When talking about taking on the role, Ryan wrote in an Instagram post: “I am truly honored to follow in the footsteps of the legendary Pat Sajak.
“I can say, along with the rest of America, that it has been a privilege and pure joy to watch Pat and Vanna on our television screens for an unprecedented 40 years, making us smile every night and feel at home with them.”
He concluded, “Pat, I love the way you’ve always celebrated the contestants and made viewers at home feel comfortable. I look forward to learning everything I can from you during this transition.”
Ryan seems comfortable in his new position, as he recently made a fun joke with Vanna in a backstage moment on Idol.
An Instagram video showed Ryan leaving the stage to greet his future co-host.
He quickly walked toward Vanna and said, “Next puzzle” – a phrase Pat regularly says to Vanna.
The pair laughed before hugging each other.
