EMINEM’S ex-wife Kim Mathers is parting with her humble home for just under $540,000 as she downsizes for the second time.
The 49-year-old sold her six-bedroom, seven-bathroom Detroit mansion, which was reportedly built by Eminem for his children, in March 2023 for $1.35 million.

She then purchased a four-bedroom, three-bathroom property in a different area as most of her children had left home.
Documents show the house was purchased with a large $615,000 loan from Shady Games, Inc., with the president, treasurer and secretary listed as Marshall Mathers.
The US Sun can reveal that she has already put the house up for sale.
The mother of four, who prefers to stay out of the spotlight, bought a smaller home a year ago for just $410,000.
The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home is just one story and Kim doesn’t appear to have taken out a mortgage.
Kim had a tumultuous relationship with her childhood sweetheart, whose real name is Marshall Mathers.
They were married from 1999 to 2001 and again briefly in 2006 before splitting for good.
Despite their complicated history, Kim previously confirmed to The US Sun that they are now on good terms for the sake of their children, even though they don’t see each other regularly.

Kim now has a rock star look and showed off her slender body in a backless denim jumpsuit with a turtleneck.
She is heavily tattooed with new ink on her arms and displayed on her neck.
Rapper Eminem’s reclusive ex-wife was seen outside her home wearing black boots while loading items into her car.
Along with Hailie Jade, 28, Kim also has a son, Stevie, 22, who identifies as non-binary, and a son, Parker, believed to be a teenager, from other relationships.
She and Eminem also adopted their late sister Dawn Scott’s daughter, Aliana, now 31, whose mother died in 2016 of a heroin overdose after years of drug abuse.
Kim and her ex reunited for their daughter Aliana’s wedding last year and will reunite again as the rapper walks Hailie down the aisle in the coming months.
DAUGHTER’S WEDDING
She is set to marry her longtime boyfriend, Evan McClintock, and celebrated her bachelorette party in Tampa, Florida, recently, although she is keeping her wedding date a secret.
Hailie shared several photos on Instagram on April 17, showing her posing in a white bikini while on a boat with friends, all in black swimwear.
Her sister Alaina commented underneath the post, writing, “This is not TX WOOOOO the best time to celebrate you.”
Although Evan popped the question in February 2023, he asked for her father’s blessing months earlier.
Appearing on his podcast Just A Little Shady, he revealed that he spoke to his famous father on Hailie’s birthday in December 2022.
“I saw your father come down and [thought], ‘All good. I have to do this now or I won’t do it today. I’m going to have to schedule another time,'” he said after the engagement.
“So I just followed him downstairs and luckily he was downstairs getting his cake.”
He got down on one knee and gave Hailie an expensive oval-cut diamond on a gold band.
