The Tony Award nominations for 2024 have been revealed — and fans aren’t happy about a major snub.

Uncle Vanya, a play starring Steve Carell, received three nominations in total – but there were none for the Crazy, Stupid, Love actor.

“Steve Carell wasn’t nominated, are you kidding me?” questioned a fan on social media.

“It’s okay Steve Carell, you’re a Tony nominee in my heart,” someone else posted.

There are several other recognizable names among the nominees, including Jessica Lange, Rachel McAdams, Leslie Odom Jr, Eddie Redmayne, Liev Schreiber, and Jeremy Strong, among others.

Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Renée Elise Goldsberry, two former Tony winners, read the nominations list. You can find the appointment announcement video on the official website Tony Awards YouTube Channel.
