ANNA Nicole Smith’s daughter has kept her mother’s tradition of attending the Kentucky Derby alive.
Dannielynn Birkhead received praise as fans said she looked just like her Playmate mother.

The 17-year-old participated in Saturday’s horse race along with her father, Larry Birkhead.
The event holds a special place in both of their hearts, as it was where Anna Nicole met Larry in 2003.
The two have returned for Derby Day every year since Anna Nicole’s death in 2007 after an accidental overdose at age 39.
Dannielynn dazzled in a red dress complete with pointed shoulders and ruffles — a nod to her favorite character in the Japanese action-adventure series Kamen Rider OOO, according to her father.

“On our way to @kentuckyderby with Dannielynn after a great night at the Barnstable-Brown Gala and a quick morning haircut or two,” Larry captioned a collection of photos on Instagram. “Hey, whatever works, just trying to spend some quality time as this weekend of traditions comes to an end.”
A day earlier, he posted another photo of the pair heading to the race track.
This time, Dannielynn wore a long black dress that Larry revealed belonged to Janet Jackson.
“Looking forward to a fun Derby weekend with the newly graduated high school student!” Larry boasted.
JUST LIKE MOTHER
In the comments, fans praised the young woman’s look.
“She is so beautiful,” praised one person. “You did a great job raising her!”
“You are an amazing dad,” another agrees. “Your daughter is beautiful!”
“Beautiful dress, beautiful young lady with her beautiful father,” added a third. “Enjoy your day.”
Others couldn’t help but point out Dannielynn’s uncanny resemblance to her model mother.
“Awwww, you look just like your mother, who loved you so much!” said one person. “Beautiful girl!”
“She may be exactly like her mother, but he was the one who raised a lovely young lady,” boasted another.
THE DANNIELYNN DAYS
Dannielynn was just five months old when her mother died unexpectedly.
She now spends all her time with her father – 50-year-old Larry.
Aside from occasional social media posts, Larry and Dannielynn live a very normal life.
She was in a Guess Jeans campaign, just like her mother, when she was six, but that was the end of her modeling career.
According to a 20/20 interview with Larry in 2017, his daughter is not interested in modeling like her mother.
She wants to play with her lizard, eat chips and be a normal kid.
LOVE LARRY
After their first meeting at the Kentucky Derby in 2004, Anna Nicole and Larry kept their relationship a secret.
Their relationship was kept secret for almost two years before the public became aware of it in 2006 – shortly before they split.
After Ana NicoleAfter Larry’s death in 2006, Larry fought for his daughter Dannielynn’s rights and was competing with other men, including Howard K Stern, by claiming to be the father.
Eventually, a paternity test proved he was Dannielynn’s biological father and he has had custody of her ever since.
