The stars climbed the steps on their Vogue-approved best for the Met Gala “A Garden in Time” dress code, which was based on the theme of the Costume Institute exhibit “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion.” They saw the exhibit, watched Ariana Grande perform, and possibly took some forbidden bathroom selfies.

And while we must assume they’re exhausted, there are parties to attend and change into — in some cases, twice! We’ve rounded up all the after-party outfits worth seeing on celebrities, including Kendall Jenner, Shakira, and Cardi B.
