KIM Kardashian confused many fans with her recent Met Gala look.
The reality TV star wore a simple gray sweater over her designer dress and some fans thought it was a dig at Taylor Swift.

Kim, 43, wore a custom silver gown by Maison Margiela Couture to the Met Gala on Monday.
The dress was strapless and had decorated leaves.
However, what left Met Gala watchers perplexed was that Kim kept a gray cardigan over her dress the entire time she walked the carpet.
It fell over her shoulders and she kept it wrapped in her hands as she walked, not allowing those present to see the completed sweater.
Kim explained why she wore the sweater to Vogue that night.
“Ah, that’s how wildest night of my life in a garden,” she laughed.
“And I just ran out and grabbed my boyfriend’s sweater and put it on and had to go to work.”
“My hair is all messed up,” concluded Kim.
Kim and Taylor have been in a long-running feud, after she and her ex-husband, Kanye West, faked a phone call to Taylor in 2016.
However, some of Taylor’s fans thought the sweater looked eerily similar to one the singer recently released in her merchandise store.
‘I FELT LIKE AN OLD CARDIGAN’
Since Taylor, 34, released her eighth studio album, folklore, her merch team has released cardigans on her website.
This is because the first single from the album was called cardigan.
There have been many different variations of the sweater, including the one Taylor wore on music video for holiday collections and even for your re-recorded albums.
When her 11th studio album, THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT, was released on April 19, Taylor’s team released another cardigan, much to the delight of many fans.
This cardigan was the simplest yet.
It was a pewter gray color with brown buttons and a patch on the bottom that had the album name on it.
Sound familiar?
That’s because it looks like the sweater Kim wore to the Met Gala.
Taylor’s Bitter Feud With Kanye and Kim Explained
Taylor Swift has been locked in a nasty feud with Kanye West and Kim Kardashian for years.

While it was rumored that most of the songs on TTPD were about Taylor’s exes – Joe Alwyn and Matty Healy – and a few were about her current boyfriend, Travis Kelce, there was one track that fans thought was about Kim.
At 2 a.m., Taylor released 15 more songs to make THE TORTURED POETS DEPARTMENT: The Anthology.
On that second release, there was a song called Thank you aIMee.
The letters “KIM” were capitalized making fans believe the song was about Kim Kardashian.
Because of this dig, many fans thought Kim was texting Taylor, even though the singer wasn’t at the Met.
“It was really nice of Taylor to send Kim her own cardigan thank you to IMee TTPD!!” one user X, formerly of Twitter, wrote.
“Looks like @Kim’s #TTPD #Cardigan fits her well too @taylorswift13,” said another.
“Glad Aimee got her TTPD cardigan in time for the date,” a third added.
TikTok users also joined in on the joke.
“Kimberly, please tell us why you wore a cardigan. Assuming it’s because of Taylor Swift until further notice,” one said.
“This is how I know I’m too far gone as a Swiftie,” a fan he said.
They went on to say that perhaps Kim is trying to make peace with the subtle reference.
