Teen Mom’s Mackenzie McKee and her husband Josh divorce as she is awarded split custody of their three children

TEEN Mom star Mackenzie McKee and her ex-husband Josh’s divorce has officially been finalized, US Sun can exclusively reveal.

Mackenzie, 29, was awarded partial custody of her three children, Gannon, 13, Jaxie, 10, and Broncs, seven.

The couple’s final sentence and shared parenting plan were filed on February 19, 2024.

Mackenzie and Josh agreed to a shared parenting plan where they “must mutually agree to all extracurricular activities.”

The Teen Mom couple agreed to split all finances for the kids’ hobbies.

Mackenzie will take on most of the childcare, as Josh has been named long-distance caregiver.

She is entitled to most children’s holidays, but Josh will see them on New Year’s Day, Father’s Day, the 4th of July and Christmas.

Josh will also welcome the children during the winter, spring and five-week summer school holidays – but he will have to pay for all their transport.

Mackenzie will see the children for 300 nights and 295 days, while Josh will see them for 65 nights and 59 days.

If either parent needs last-minute help, the babysitter must be agreed by both parties.

“A party requesting a schedule change will be responsible for any additional child care or transportation costs caused by the change,” the court documents state.

Josh and Mackenzie married in 2013, two years after welcoming Gannon, as documented on Teen Mom.

Mackenzie was 16 when the exes welcomed their first child.

After having their second two children, they split in 2019 after Mackenzie admitted she had a six-month affair.

Josh and Mackenzie had a series of reconciliations and breakups as he was also caught cheating.

The couple officially separated in 2022 and announced their decision on social media.

Mackenzie filed for divorce the same year.

The Teen Mom star went public with her new boyfriend, football player Khesanio Hall, in December 2022.

Mackenzie gushed about her relationship with Khesanio and posted several PDA-filled photos on Instagram.

The couple appeared on Teen Mom Family Reunion having their first therapy session.

She posted about it on Instagram and commented, “It’s a good way for us to delve deeper and learn more about each other.”

Khesanio has been a present figure in the lives of Mackenzie’s children.

The MTV star posted several photos on social media sharing cute moments of the football star bonding with the kids.
