ACTRESS Reese Witherspoon surprised fans with her ageless beauty after mistaking her for her daughter Ava.

The commotion started when Reese, 48, shared a behind-the-scenes video on Instagram.

In the brief clip, the Legally Blonde star sat on a white blanket spread across a grassy field.

She showed off her long, bare legs while wearing matching shorts.

Resse then swapped her shorts for a lilac dress with a long skirt.

During the brief clip, the Walk The Line actress sang the lyrics to Sabrina Carpenter’s song Espresso.

While singing along with a female employee, Reese jokingly confused “singer” with “sinner.”

The Access Hollywood social media account commented, “We thought it was Ava for a second!”

In the comments section, fans agreed on how the star and her daughter Ava, 24, look so much alike.

In late April, the mother-daughter duo attended a star-studded event for luxury jewelry house Tiffany.

The pair dressed almost alike in their strapless dresses.

Ava stood out from her mother by showing off the tattoos on her toned arms.

Reese and her ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, 49, share their daughter Ava and son Deacon, 20.

Deacon made his acting debut with the role of Parker during the third season of Netflix’s Never Have I Ever.

Reese also shares her son, Tennessee, with her ex-husband Jim Toth.
