On Tuesday, Combs, 54, shared a message that seemingly alluded to the pending charges against him on Instagram.

“Time tells the truth,” he wrote.

He captioned the cryptic post, “LOVE,” without providing any further explanation as to the meaning of the message.

The court filing requesting the lawsuit be dismissed said: “Mr. Combs and his companies categorically deny Plaintiff’s decades-long history against them, which caused incalculable damage to their reputations and business standing before any evidence was presented.

“Plaintiff cannot claim what day or time of year the alleged incident occurred, but miraculously remembers other salacious details despite her supposed incapacitated condition.”

The lawsuit against Diddy was filed in December and amended in March by the woman who now lives in Canada and whose name was not disclosed in the court case, he said. NBC News.

The plaintiff said she was in the 11th grade when Harve Pierre, then president of Combs’ Bad Boy Entertainment record label, flew her to New York and took her to a recording studio.

The suit claims she was given drugs and alcohol until she was unable to consent to sex before Pierre, Combs and a man she did not know took turns raping her.

Photographs of the woman sitting on Combs’ lap, which she said were taken on the night in question, were also included in the lawsuit.

Combs’ defense asked that the case be “dismissed now, with prejudice to protect Combs’ defendants from further reputational damage and before further partisan and judicial resources are wasted.”

P. Diddy’s rep calls the attacks an ‘unprecedented ambush,’ with new photos showing open safes and destroyed rooms in the mansion

One of the plaintiff’s attorneys, Michael J. Willemin, argued in response to the lawsuit: “At this point, no one should take anything ‘Diddy’ or his lawyers say seriously.

“Today’s motion is just a desperate attempt by Combs to avoid accountability for Ms. Doe’s allegations of gang rape and sexual assault.”

“It won’t work,” he added.

THE RAID

The Bad Boy producer currently faces charges of sex trafficking, sexual assault, and soliciting and distributing drugs and firearms.

In March, federal agents raided their homes in Miami and Los Angeles and were seen leaving with several boxes and laptops.

Dramatic video captured the moment heavily armed Homeland Security agents stormed Diddy’s home.

Homeland Security said the agents “performed law enforcement actions as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami and our local law enforcement partners.”

Video obtained by Los Angeles Fox affiliate KTV showed several individuals, later revealed to be the producer’s sons, King, 25, and Justin, 30, handcuffed on the lawn of his Holmby Hills mansion.

The Combs’ children were not under arrest, but were being held outside while agents searched the property, a source said. ABC news.

Video of Florida showed federal investigators arriving by boat at the rapper’s two neighboring homes on Miami’s Star Island.

Police surrounded the sprawling beachfront property and were seen carrying boxes of evidence, including what appeared to be two laptops.

ALLEGATIONS

Diddy’s lawyer, Aaron Dyer, condemned the “unprecedented” raids and said the rapper was innocent.

“Yesterday, there was an excessive use of military force when search warrants were executed at Mr. Combs’ residence,” Aaron said the day after the attacks occurred.

“This unprecedented ambush – coupled with an advanced and coordinated media presence – leads to a premature rush to Mr. Combs’ trial and is nothing more than a witch hunt based on baseless accusations made in civil proceedings.”

The raids came after Diddy was hit with multiple allegations, which included a bombshell $30 million lawsuit against him.
