Official court documents obtained by The US Sun stated that Madison must shell out more than $105,000 after failing to vacate the house by February 14, 2023, according to a two-attorney stipulation dated December 7, 2022.

The order also noted that the celebrity chef was conditioned to “bring to court the use/occupation of $2,750 per month in April and May 2024,” but failed to do so.

Madison claimed to the court that she has found a new residence and that her sublease begins June 1, 2024.

However, given his failure to comply with the conditions set by the New York State Comptroller’s Office (OSC) in taking his monthly fees to court, his request was denied and all stays were vacated.

Madison was given “14 days to move with dignity,” according to court documents.

The US Sun reached out to Madison for comment but did not hear back.

Madison’s legal troubles began four and a half years earlier, when his landlord, Gus Sheha, alleged that he avoided paying more than $145,000 in rent for his Brooklyn apartment, the New York Post Office reported.

The TV personality has lived in the one-bedroom unit with her family since October 2019, but has not given her landlord any money since January 2020.

“I’ve never seen anything more absurd in my life,” Gus told the channel on the subject.

“This is why people are leaving New York. The system is completely broken and created on purpose to punish the owner.

“I’m out more than $140,000 in rent, but I still have to pay insurance, taxes and water,” he added.

Madison reportedly used New York State’s pandemic-driven eviction moratorium to his advantage from March 2020 to January 2022.

He then dodged judges’ eviction orders on several occasions by filing new appeals.

According to The New York Post, Gus and his brother John, who owns the building where Madison was staying, learned of her latest plea last week when they, along with City Marshal Robert Renzulli, went to her apartment to dump him.

Gus claimed that Madison sought counsel to avoid eviction from state Attorney General Letitia James, and that he apparently called her, but her office was unaware of the conversation, according to The New York Post.

Madison is a British chef who appeared on Food Network’s The Iron Chef and was the first grand champion on Chopped.

Additionally, the TV star has appeared in Tournament of Champions, Guy’s Grocery Games, Guilty Pleasures, and Iron Chef Eats

He also co-stars in the BBC America travel series No Kitchen Required and has done cooking segments on the Today show and CBS This Morning.

According to Instagram, Madison is a “girl dad” and husband, but appears to keep his personal life off social media.
