BRITNEY Spears has shared a touching family update following her intense legal battle.
Her father Jamie settled the case with Britney over her 13-year conservatorship last week – with a judge ordering the singer to pay her father’s $2 million legal bills.

Britney uploaded a post to Instagram on Wednesday that began with a book cover about taking back your heart and being freed from the shackles.
The second photo included a family sitting around a dining table outside.
“We all have issues with our family but dear God you can’t help how much you love them,” Britney captioned the post.
“I’m not in this photo, but I sure feel like I am. On the other hand… If you know me, I always ended up at this children’s table at every event I’ve been to!!! “

Britney then added that she spent every meeting at the kids’ table, despite the fancy food at the adults’ house.
“I’m posting this photo because my family is absolutely beautiful and I miss them,” she continued.
“So I don’t want to sound fair, but in a world of chaos and confusion, the devil’s trick is to deceive and humiliate you… and make you think you are inferior!!!
‘I wanted to share this photo because even though I’m not in it… I sure felt like I was!!!’ she concluded.
Britney’s father was not mentioned nor appeared in the photos.
Britney blocked comments on her social media, meaning no fans could leave comments.
Her mention of family came after she officially resolved her long-running guardianship battle with her father.
In November 2021, Jamie was removed from his role as Britney’s conservator.
Recently, Jamie and Britney’s long-running legal battle came to an end.
FAMILY BATTLES
Over the course of his 13-year conservatorship, it is estimated that Jamie earned around $5 million from the pop star by pocketing monthly fees.
Now that Britney has been released from her conservatorship since 2021, it is estimated that she is worth and controls her net worth of $60 million.
Britney Spears Conservatorship Timeline
In September 2021, by Britney case was returned to a Los Angeles court where Judge Brenda Penny made a series of bombshell decisions, following her father’s decision to end the conservatorship the previous month.
She decided to free Jamie from her daughter’s guardianship, however, this did not mean the complete end of the guardianship.
Speaking in court, Judge Brenda Penny said: “Based on what I have read in the record and I have read everything. I believe that Jamie Spears’ suspension is in Britney Spears’ best interest.
“The current situation is unattainable. The court finds that the toxic environment Jamie Spears created needs to be removed today.”
After the judge’s ruling, a temporary conservator was placed in Jamie’s place for about a month.
In early November 2021, Jamie returned to court presenting new legal documents that show he has stopped fighting.
Jamie had previously demanded $2 million in exchange for his resignation, but documents at the time showed he was not seeking any additional compensation.
On November 12, Judge Penny ruled in the pop star’s favor, removing Jamie as conservator without requiring any additional mental examination of Britney.
Three years later, Britney and Jamie finally agreed on an undisclosed sum to end their ongoing battle.
Since Jamie was removed from Britney’s finances, he has been spotted staying in a trailer.
HOUSING ISSUES
Jamie sold Britney’s childhood home in Kentwood, Louisiana, in 2021 for just $275,000 to a local man, who last October listed it for sale for $1.2 million.
Since then, he seemed to have no place of his own to live in.
The most recent photo, taken by Google Maps in July 2023, shows Jamie’s trailer parked in a storage facility owned by Britney – where she reportedly keeps her souvenirs.
Jamie was photographed leaving the trailer and is believed to have lived in the property’s motorhome since 2018.
According to official Tangipahoa Parish Council documents obtained by The US Sun, Jamie also purchased land in December 2022 for $54,510, right next to the warehouse.
US Sun has reached out to Jamie and Britney’s representatives for comment.
