A distressing video allegedly showed rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs physically assaulting his then-girlfriend Cassie in a hotel hallway in 2016.

Disturbing surveillance footage appears to show Combsholding a towel around her waist, chasing Cassie as she waited for the elevators in the lobby of the InterContiental Hotel in Los Angeles.

Combs then forcefully hits Cassie, born Casandra Ventura, throws her to the ground and kicks her as she lies motionless, according to the video obtained by CNN.

The rapper then takes her purse, continues his attack and begins dragging her across the lobby.

A second camera angle obtained by CNN showed the moments after the attack, as Cassie slowly got up and retrieved her things.

Cassie is seen picking up a phone in the hallway as Combs returns and sits in a chair directly in front of her.

Moments later, Combs is seen picking up what appears to be a vase from a table and throwing it at Cassie.

The horrific assault appears to match the allegations Cassie made in the lawsuit she filed against the Bad Boy mogul in November 2023.

Cassie alleged that in March 2016, an “extremely intoxicated” Combs “punched her in the face, giving her a black eye.”

“Ms. Ventura attempted to leave the hotel room, but upon leaving, Mr. Combs woke up and began yelling at Ms. Ventura,” the court filing says.

“He followed her into the hotel hallway while yelling at her. He grabbed her and then picked up glass vases from the hallways and threw them at her, causing the glass to shatter around them as she ran to the elevator to escape.”

Cassie declined to comment to CNN about the discovered video.

Douglas H. Wigdor, Cassie’s attorney, told the outlet: “The distressing video only further confirmed Mr.’s disturbing and predatory behavior.

“Words cannot express the courage and fortitude that Ms. Ventura demonstrated in coming forward to bring this to light.”
