At the publishCatelynn, 32, shared a photo of herself and her husband Tyler Baltierra, 32, together with their family.
The couple held hands with the three daughters they have in custody, while eldest daughter Carly was also included in the footage.
Catelynn and Tyler gave Carly up for adoption when they had her as a teenager in 2009.
“Today is Carly’s 15th birthday! I wonder what kind of day she will have and what she will do. I wish things were different so we could celebrate with her. I hope she feels our love and has a great day!
“I look forward to knowing that one day we will be lucky enough to celebrate with her and B&T. I can’t wait for that day! @tylerbaltierramtv we are sooo blessed to have our girls!! Catelynn wrote alongside the photo.
On Reddit, fans were furious about Catelynn’s message, suggesting it was an unwelcome post for Carly and her adoptive parents, Brandon and Teresa.
“God, they can never just post and NOT check out B&T. A simple ‘happy birthday, Carly’ would be nice. But no, of course it should be mentioned that they can’t see her,” one person said.
“Once again using her sm as a diary,” said a second social media user.
“Why can’t they just stop talking about her publicly? This is crazy,” asked another MTV fan.

While fans think Catelynn and Tyler should keep quiet about Carly and her new parents, Tyler recently criticized Brandon and Teresa.
Tyler opened an OnlyFans account last year and now charges $30 a month for his raunchy content.

In addition to issues with Carly’s adoptive parents, Catelynn and Tyler appear to be going through their own marital problems.
In a preview of a new trailer, Tyler suggested he was considering divorcing Catelynn.
The trailer showed clips from Teen Mom: Family Reunion before its release, and things looked heated between the couple.
“Fuck you for making me feel unworthy. If I don’t meet my needs, we will be divorced,” Tyler raged at Catelynn.
Catelynn simply wiped away tears at her words, without any context for her argument.
