NINA Dobrev has vowed never to ride a dirt bike again after a painful accident left her hospitalized with a neck and leg injury.
The Vampire Diaries star shared the scary news on Monday while being rushed to the emergency room.

Nina, 35, learned her lesson, according to a new post about her Instagram Stories Tuesday.
The actress wrote, “I think it’s safe to say that my first time on a dirt bike will also be my last,” in white text on a black background.
SCARY ACCIDENT
The Canadian star’s pledge comes after her shocking bike accident on Monday, which left her injured and in hospital.
Nina shared photos as she lay in patient care, wearing a blue gown and hooked up to an IV.
Her left leg was encased in a long black cast and she wore a necklace that went from her chin to her collarbone.
The CW star also added a photo from before the accident, when she first got on the dirt bike.
Nina posed in the black vehicle wearing a matching black and white ensemble with a sweater on top.
She added black sunglasses, white socks and white sneakers to her look as she prepared to ride.
The TV star’s iconic brown hair was styled straight with bangs, although she didn’t appear to be wearing a helmet in the photo.
“How it all started and how it’s going,” she wrote alongside a hurt emoji in the caption.
Nina also posted a selfie from the same hospital bed on her Instagram Stories, making a sad face at the camera.
On a plain black background, she wrote on another slide, “I’m fine but it’s going to be a long road of recovery ahead,” with another injured emoji and a heart emoji with a bandage.
FAN SUPPORT
Fans were shocked by The Originals star’s accident, rushing to the comments section of her post to wish her recovery.
“Nina, your outdoor privileges have been revoked!” one laughed.
“You look good Nina, I love you,” a second shared.
“Oh no! Heal quickly,” hoped a third.

DAREDEVIL LOVE
Nina has been dating former snowboarder and professional skateboarder Shaun White, 37, since 2020, after meeting in 2012.
The duo became official when the actress shared a photo of herself online while cutting the athlete’s hair during quarantine.
In January 2022, the Olympic gold medalist told People, “Nina has been so supportive and amazing to me throughout this entire process.”
“During the pandemic, she saved my life – she really made that time in my life special.”
The couple are regularly seen hitting the slopes and playing high-energy outdoor sports, as Nina also grew up skiing and snowboarding.
“I think [White] I was more surprised when we went [snowboarding] for the first time,” she previously told E! News’ Daily Pop.
“He expected to wait for me and it was exactly the opposite. I had already passed him overwhelmingly… I can keep up!”
