This Tennessee Bar and Kitchen was seen under active construction in recent photos obtained exclusively by The US Sun.

Workers were photographed atop a crane working on the sign in front of the brick building.

The sign says, “This Morgan Wallen Bar.”

The entrance to the building was completely blocked.

A giant black banner was hanging from the top of the construction barriers.

The sign announced the country-themed bar’s opening for the summer of 2024, but did not specify a date.

Its website for This Bar confirmed the establishment’s plans to open Memorial Day weekend.

STOP HIM!

In light of Morgan’s recent arrest, the Nashville Council rejected plans for a 20-foot-tall sign to advertise the establishment.

The board has flagged concerns regarding the past use of a racial slur and pending criminal charges since an incident in April, according to Tennessee.

“I don’t want to see a billboard with the name of a person who is throwing chairs off balconies and saying racial slurs,” said Councilwoman Delishia Porterfield.

On April 7, Morgan was detained by police officers and arrested for throwing a chair from the roof of the Chief’s Bar in Nashville.

The arrest report states the chair fell three feet from where the officers were standing on the street below the six-story building.

Morgan was charged with three counts of reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct.

He was booked after midnight on $15,250 bail and was released hours later.

CAUSING PROBLEMS

This isn’t the first time the country music star has caused a stir in public.

Since 2016, the singer was charged with DUI, but the case was later dropped.

On May 23, 2020, Morgan was asked to leave Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk Rock N’ Roll Steakhouse due to him kicking glass objects and engaging in verbal altercations with pedestrians.

After Morgan apologized for his actions, the charges were dropped.

The country music star sparked controversy at parties in Alabama at the height of the pandemic lockdown.

On February 2, 2021, Morgan was caught on camera using a racial slur.

As a result, his music was pulled from radio stations across the country and suspended by his record label, Big Loud.

Morgan posted a public video apology on her social media on February 10, 2020.
