In a video of the star, Sofia, 51, was filmed arriving for lunch at Cecconi’s in West Hollywood.
The movie star was dropped off on the sidewalk in a black Range Rover and slowly got out of the car as her friend walked in front.
Sofia looked stunning as always, with her long brown hair shining in the sun.
The Modern Family alum looked chic yet casual in a bright red blouse and baggy gray jeans, paired with comfy white sneakers.

“Hi, Sofia. How’s your leg? Better?” she was asked as she headed to her meal.
“It is not good!” Sofia admitted, but laughed and smiled and limped into the restaurant.
Sofia announced that she had a knee operation last month and also shared that her new boyfriend, Justin Saliman, was there to help her recover.
“If you get a [major] knee surgery, make sure you get a nice Doctor who go to sleep with you that night!!! Love you Dr @jdsaliman,” she wrote alongside a photo of him holding her leg as she rested on a couch.

Sofia’s husband Joe Manganiello, 47, filed for divorce in July 2023, with the couple stating: “We have made the difficult decision to divorce.
“As two people who love and care deeply for each other, we politely ask that you respect our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives.”
Joe filed his official divorce petition two days after filing and after seven years of marriage, citing “irreconcilable differences.”
Sofia soon moved on with Justin that October and has now proudly made her new relationship public.
“Sofia has left Joe and would be happy to never see him again. Her relationship with Justin made her never look back,” a source told Daily Mail.
Justin is a successful orthopedic surgeon practicing in Los Angeles and has also started business with doctors inventions.

While Justin wore his professional attitude alongside Sofia as she healed, his AGT castmate Howie Mandel, 68, showed his support in a different way.
On Instagram, Sofia was filmed by her son Manolo taking the wrapping paper off a gift.
“This is my operating gift from Howie Mandel,” she explained to the camera.
Surprisingly, instead of the more traditional post-op gifts, Manolo revealed a Flybar pogo stick, value up to $300.00.
Sofia couldn’t hide her shock and let out a string of expletives while yelling at Howie.
“Gracias Howie,” she captioned the video along with a laughing emoji, showing that she wasn’t actually offended by the prank.
