JOHNNY Wactor’s ex-fiancée Tessa Farrell shared a video slamming his killers in a moving plea to lawmakers to tackle crime in Los Angeles.

The soap opera star was shot and killed on Saturday when he detained three men who were stealing the catalytic converter from his car.

Now, Johnny’s ex Tessa has issued a heartbreaking message to those who took her life.

“If the person who did this, if you’re watching, I’m sorry, but you shot the wrong guy,” she sobbed.

“You can get a real job. I know the job market is tough, but we’re all in this together. You don’t need to steal — especially take a life over it.”

Tessa went on to say that “human life is too easily disregarded” and urged listeners to “make change as a community.”

Johnny’s ex implored her community to “support each other.”

“Maybe this is Johnny’s gift to us, maybe he’s giving this to all of us,” she concluded.
