US Sun spoke to a catering consultant for Taylor’s recent shows in Lisbon and Madrid.
It revealed Taylor’s desire to reward everyone’s hard work proves that the 33-year-old truly appreciates that pulling off the highest-grossing tour of all time is a monumental team effort.
With the capitals of Portugal and Spain offering a multitude of gastronomic delights, the options were endless, tasty and quite expensive.

“Taylor is a woman with great taste,” the source, who has worked with U2, the Rolling Stones and Maroon 5, told The US Sun.
“She loves to eat Cool food and drinks. Sometimes you have artists who want very basic, low-quality food and drinks. Their food and drink list is excellent, with many top-notch five-star options.
For their two-night date at Lisbon’s Stadium of Light football stadium, Taylor indulged in a host of local delicacies.
She ordered a Portuguese barbecue – known as barbecue chicken – which included about 120 chickens, and some ham, with the total coming to $5,500.

And, just for the finishing touch, a delicious Spanish cheese worth $2,500: five orders of manchego at $240 each and some goat cheese too.
Pies and treats totaling $6,000, as well as $4,000 worth of fruit, will also be on hand for the hungry hordes to devour.
And all of this can be washed down with about 50 bottles of Spanish red wine.
Added to some rosé, it will ensure that more than $4,000 will be spent on post-show drinks in Madrid alone.
