TEEN Mom alum Mackenzie McKee announced that she and her longtime boyfriend Khesanio Hall are engaged.
The mother of three shared the first photos of her and her boyfriend together in January 2023.

Mackenzie, 29, shared the exciting news on social media on Wednesday.
She posted a carousel of photos of the moment Khesanio got down on one knee.
In the first photo, the former MTV personality is seen with her hands near her mouth in shock.
Behind her is an elaborate backdrop complete with a beach hut, a small table, photos of important people in their lives, and dozens of roses.
Khesanio is seen kneeling in front of her with a ring in his hands.
Mackenzie is wearing linen pants and a dark pink top.
Meanwhile, her future husband donned khaki shorts and a brown polo shirt.
The second group photo shows Mackenzie covering her mouth in shock.
In a third photo, her football star fiancé is shown holding her in his arms.
Mackenzie has her legs around him.
The last photo of the group shows a champagne party.
The soon-to-be Mr and Mrs are seen spraying frothy drink into the air while smiling from ear to ear.

In her caption, the 16-year-old and pregnant former student talked about Khesanio.
She referred to the athlete, who she has been dating for over a year, as her “best friend”.
“I can’t believe I’m going to marry the most amazing human being in the world!” she started.
“My best friend. I love you so much.”
In the comments, fans celebrated the happy news along with the reality show star.
“Your mother would be so happy that you found someone who loves you the way you deserve! And she loves her kids too,” said one fan.
“Your mom is definitely smiling at you two,” a second supporter assured Mackenzie.
“The photo of your mother in the background brought tears to my eyes…. Congratulations beautiful!” a third commenter wrote.
Mackenzie’s mother, Angie Douthit, died in December 2019 after battling cancer.
The MTV star documented her grief following the passing of her Teen Mom mother.

Some, however, simply took a moment to congratulate Mackenzie and her man.

Mackenzie has been married once.
She and her high school sweetheart, Josh McKee, got married in 2013.
They share children Gannon, Jaxie, and Broncs McKee.
They officially ended their relationship in 2022 after years of ups and downs.
