Zach Bryan quietly purchased a $7.5 million waterfront Massachusetts mansion with patios, green room, and stunning waterfront views earlier this year.
US Sun can exclusively reveal that the 28-year-old country singer purchased the 5-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home that spans four levels in April.
Zach managed to keep his famous name off property records as he acquired the more than century-old home under a private company.
The Heading South singer has over 5,000 square feet of living space with handcrafted woodwork, a fireplace, and custom touches throughout.
The home has all the finishing touches to welcome lots of family and friends, including an office, a sunroom and a formal dining room.
Leading to the outdoor grounds are patios, a sunroom, and several upper-level decks that offer views of the idyllic waterways below.
The second floor has the master bedroom with a generous ensuite bathroom with expansive ocean views, a second study, and a separate two-bedroom guest suite – perfect for company.
On the third floor there are more bedrooms and another bathroom, and the lower floor has another large living area, storage and workshop.
The Oklahoma native whose boyfriend Brianna “Chickenfry” LaPaglia, 24, a Barstool sports podcaster, has been sharing videos and photos from inside the home.
Brianna is from Massachusetts, but recently told fans on TikTok that she still maintains her New York apartment while spending time in her home state.
SCARY MOMENT
Earlier this month, the social media influencer detailed a “traumatizing” accident she and the country star were involved in,
“I think I’m close to a mental breakdown and I’ve been living on a bus for a month so that doesn’t help mint,” she told her TikTok followers.
“Two nights ago, Zach and I were in a traumatizing car accident,” she said in a shaky voice.
“It rolled over several times, everything broke, and thank God we had our seat belts on, but there was a lot of blood and we thought we were saying goodbye.”
Zach needed medical attention after suffering a “big cut”, but stated that she and the singer are “fine”.
“We are happy and alive,” she concluded to her fans.
HELPING HAND
Last month, Zach was praised after helping the people of Nebraska after devastating tornadoes struck the state.
The country star was spotted helping with cleanup work in Elkhorn, just days after playing two shows in Des Moines, Iowa.
While Zach performed in Des Moines, Iowa during his The Quittin’ Time Tour, tornado warnings were issued for the states.
Zach helped a community outside of Omaha, Nebraska, after the tornadoes passed through.
The Heading South singer, along with other volunteers, was seen helping tornado survivors after the powerful storm damaged nearly 180 homes and killed one.
