BIANCA Censori was spotted in a particularly interesting ensemble with her rapper husband Kanye West on Saturday.
She wore a small piece of cotton cut into a loincloth, protecting her exposed figure with a huge notebook for a meeting in Italy.

Bianca, 29, and Kanye, 46, were photographed heading to the undisclosed meeting in the city of Prato.
They took a taxi for the tour, located where the musician oversees the production of his clothes.
The architect got out of the taxi first and she wore a number that attracted attention, even by the couple’s standards.
Bianca walked somberly into the building with her brown hair tied up in a bun and seemed quite emotionless.
Her outfit consisted solely of a white t-shirt-like fabric stretched from her shoulders to her bikini line.
The fabric was cut at the shoulders and covered the entire back with a stretched V shape at the bottom for a jarring, angular silhouette.
The model didn’t appear to be wearing a bra or even underwear, and was barely hidden by the inventive swimsuit.
But Bianca had a giant notepad to help her hide, which she held in front of her body.
It had architectural drawings, potentially of a future Yeezy project.
It’s not clear what the project was or whether the drawings were made by her or Ye, but this indicates that she plays an important role in some of his creative processes.
Soon after, Kanye followed, wearing a large white raincoat and khaki pants.
A spectator stood outside the building and couldn’t help but stare as the two quickly entered.
