The 43-year-old singer noticed a fan five rows back who was having difficulty and asked for medical attention.[/caption]

Justin was singing his hit song Cry Me A River when he noticed fans in the audience urgently trying to get his attention and signaling to a guest who needed help.

He pointed to a fan five rows from the stage who needed help, in a video obtained by TMZ.

“The house lights up. The house lights up, thank you,” he said, signaling to the Moody Center team.

“Sorry everyone, one second – we need help here, about five rows back,” he instructed, pointing to the crowd.

The issues appeared to be resolved quickly and the clip showed the crowd cheering as Justin walked across the stage.

After the fan was removed from the crowd, he said, “Thank you very much.”

He asked the public to “make noise” for the doctors who attended to the fan “very quickly”.

A fan present at the show stated that the fan was helped by doctors who were in the audience.

“That was the lady in front of me. She’s fine,” they wrote on TikTok.

“Luckily, the people close to us were doctors and took care of her while we got Justin’s attention.”

Others praised Justin – who is married to Jessica Biel – for interrupting the show to get the fan’s attention.

“This is why I love Justin Timberlake. Just saving a life while enjoying,” wrote one of them on X, formerly Twitter.

“Yes!! He was paying close attention to everything… loved the show,” added another.

Justin sent fans into meltdown in March when he reunited with *NSYNC for their first performance in 11 years.

He joined forces with Chris Kirkpatrick, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone and JC Chasez at his Los Angeles show for the first listen to his new single, Paradise.

It was the first time they had performed in front of an audience since 2013, when Justin won the Video Vanguard award at the MTV Video Music Awards.

Justin teased the reunion weeks before while responding to a fan who said, “Blink twice if *NSYNC is on a song called Paradise.”

The singer shared a video of himself confirming the news by blinking twice.
