TEEN Mom’s Tyler Baltierra debuted his new fitness makeover via a cheeky selfie over the weekend.

The 32-year-old reality TV star has been working on her figure through tough gym routines and showed off the results in a nude mirror selfie.

Tyler stood in front of a mirror completely naked and looked like he had just gotten out of the shower.

His wet hair was disheveled and covered his forehead as he pouted into the phone.

Tyler looked muscular and flexed his arms to accentuate the tattoos on his arm and chest.

He was in the bathroom and the camera cut to just below his waist and showed the V of his hips.

“This is the most calories I’ve ever eaten, but I think it’s going really well so far,” Tyler captioned the photo.

The star attributed her calorie intake as one of the reasons for her new figure.

“I’m taking advantage of this extra energy and slowly stacking it, brick by brick,” he concluded.
