Who is Pat Sajak’s wife Lesly Brown?

Lesly Brown is a former Playboy model who has been married to Pat Sajak since 1989.

Sajak, then 42, married Brown in a 40-minute ceremony at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Annapolis, Maryland.

Brown is a graduate of the University of Maryland and former Miss Georgetown who was featured in Playboy magazine’s “Women of Washington” feature in 1988.

She met Sajak at a restaurant opening in Irvine, California, in 1988.

They have two children – a son, Michael, and a daughter, Maggie, who is a country music singer.

Brown was 24 when she and Sajak got married.

Sajak was born in Chicago to a Polish-American father.

He began his career as a disc jockey – doing stints at several stations.

He got a job serving in the US Army as a DJ for the American Forces Vietnam Network during the war, entertaining soldiers in Vietnam.

When is Pat Sajak’s last Wheel of Fortune show?

On June 12, 2023, Sajak announced that Wheel of Fortune’s 41st season would be its last.

Sajak posted, in part, on social media: “Well, the time has come. I have decided that our 41st season, which begins in September, will be our last.

On June 27, Ryan Seacrest announced that he would be the new host of Wheel of Fortune.

“I am truly honored to follow in the footsteps of the legendary Pat Sajak,” Ryan wrote in your statement.

Fans can expect Seacrest to take the helm in the show’s 42nd season in fall 2024.

Sajak recorded his final Wheel of Fortune episode in April 2024, which will air on June 7.

Ahead of Sajak’s final episode, the show released a first image of the beloved host saying his heartfelt goodbye.

“I have some thanks and thanks before I go,” he said.

“And I want to start with all of you watching. It has been an incredible privilege to be invited into millions of homes, night after night, decade after decade.

“And I always felt that privilege came with the responsibility of keeping this daily half-hour a safe place for family fun.

“No social issues. No politics. Nothing embarrassing, I hope. Just a game. But gradually, it became more than that.”

Wheel of Fortune fans can pick up Sajak’s official signature on ABC at 7:30 pm ET.
