TAYLOR Swift stopped mid-song during a performance in Scotland, revealing her hand was “frozen” in an awkward position.
The singer was strumming her guitar and playing her hit Would’ve Should’ve Could’ve when the accident occurred.
A fan-run account on X, formerly Twitter, posted a video from the Edinburgh, Scotland show.
In the clip, Taylor stopped playing the guitar, looking down at his hand, which was in an awkward position.
“My hand is frozen with a weird cramp. This has never happened before, I’m sorry,” she told the audience.
The pop singer was met with applause and praise from fans as she tried to ease the pain.
She joked that she was “forming a claw,” which drew laughter from the more than 70,000 Swifties in attendance.
This isn’t the first time Taylor has had to interrupt a performance recently, although it may be the first time she’s been the one to have an issue.
QUICK RESCUE
Taylor’s performance at Murrayfield was impressive, without a doubt.
In addition to her unusual and impressive minor injury, the pop singer donned 16 different outfits and performed a medley of her hits.
There were also a number of emotional moments, including one where the Fortnight singer saw one of her fans get down on one knee in a sea of fans as they sang along to her song Cardigan.
“I’m pretty sure I just saw someone who got engaged. Did that happen? Yes?” she said.
“Congratulations. Wow. Man, this is amazing. Thanks for doing this on my show. It’s a big moment. Huge.”
Elsewhere in the show, Taylor paused her performance and refused to continue until an audience member received assistance.
The incident occurred while she was playing Would’ve Should’ve Could’ve – the same song during which she herself needed a moment.
Taylor strummed the guitar but stopped singing, realizing someone needed help.

WHO’S THAT?
Shortly before landing in Scotland, Taylor played a show in Madrid.
The show featured similar theatrics, but fans noticed a strange bonus during the show.
A video posted on TikTok of his performance at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium showed a strange figure and fans are eager to know what it was.
Theories emerged online.
One Swiftie joked that he was a fan who “didn’t want to pay for the ticket.”
Others speculated that it was Taylor’s boyfriend Travis Kelce, or perhaps her rivals Kanye West and Nicki Minaj.
“Knowing Taylor Swift, she probably is this and is triggering something,” another person speculated.
“This is so scary,” someone else posted.
“Dancing ghosts on the terrace,” guessed one user, quoting a phrase from Taylor’s Department of Tortured Poets.
Another concertgoer offered a simple explanation.
“It was literally a security guard, I was near that section and he was there and checked on us all the time,” he wrote.
