The Hannah Montana alum shared “one of my best memories” with his fans.
O snapshot of the two was taken during participation in the Country Music Association Festival, also known as Fan Fair.
Billy Ray flexed his muscles as he wrapped his arm around Miley, who looked like a child.
“That’s it [Miley] and me, surrounded by thousands of incredible fans at the fairgrounds,” he said.
Billy covered the side of her head with his hand, while his fingers almost touched the short bun of her hair.
‘A TRUE ARTIST’
The Achy Breaky Heart hitmaker framed the image with handwritten pages from his poem, titled The Moment.
“The next day someone handed me this photo and I wrote that poem right then and there on the bus,” Billy captioned the post.
“I’m incredibly proud of her.”
“She is a survivor and a true artist,” he continued.
“She learned from an early age to love and appreciate the fans who make everything possible.”
“We both value the connection we have with our fans and are grateful for each and every one of you!” Billy closed.
Miley’s hit song Flowers played in the background.
THE GRAMMY SNOPPED
Billy’s nostalgic post came months after Miley allegedly snubbed her father in her Grammy acceptance speech.
In early February, Flowers scored record of the year and best pop solo performance at the awards ceremony.

Viewers pointed out that the pop star thanked several people — including her mother, Tish — but didn’t mention her father.

The show followed Robby Stewart (Billy) and his daughter Miley Stewart (Miley), who would change to her superstar alias, Hannah.
From 2006 to 2011, the two spent four seasons on the show.
