Social media star Harry Daniels has put Charlie Puth in an embarrassing situation and fans aren’t sure how to react.
The 20-year-old TikTok singer has made a career out of singing awkwardly for celebrities and filming sets for his platform.

Although he often walks the line between ‘trolling’ and ‘fan girling’, Harry has built a following and is often praised by some of the Hollywood stars he features.
Most recently, the social media star approached singer Charlie Puth, 32, at his home.

“I ran out of money from TikTok, so now I’m on DoorDash,” Harry jokingly told Charlie.

When the Attention singer approached Harry from behind the fence, the superfan started singing one of Taylor Swift’s songs from her new album, The Tortured Poets Department.
In the song, Taylor, 34, gives Charlie a message in the album’s titular song, Tortured Poets.
“You smoked and then ate seven chocolate bars / We declared that Charlie Puth should be a greater artist,” the lyrics go.
Harry sang the line in a sarcastic, exaggerated manner, leaving the Light Switch hitmaker staring back awkwardly.
“What is that?” Charlie asked as Harry walked away.
VERY CLOSE TO HOME
While some of the celebrities Harry features often get the part, fans were uncomfortable with the fan being at Charlie’s house.
In most of Harry’s other videos, he appears to just “chance run into them” while out in public.
“He’s literally in his house… girl at this point it’s a paid promotion or he needs a restraining order,” one person tweeted in response to the clip.
“He looks disgusted,” a second said of Charlie’s reaction, while a third added: “Second-hand embarrassment omg.”
“I would call the police,” wrote a fourth.

Others weren’t sure if the video was planned or a joke, and one even called to “cancel” Harry.
HARRY’S CAREER
Harry currently has 1.3 million followers on TikTok and has filmed videos with artists such as Anne Hathaway, Billie Eilish and even President Joe Biden.
The Long Island star has made a career out of serenading out-of-tune celebrities, leaning into “stan culture.”
Harry said his connection to stars and social media came organically as he began to build a following.
“I would go to everyone’s shows and meetups and engage with them to feel like I had a sense of connection with them,” he said. The Guardian.
However, he felt he was getting into a repetitive routine and needed to think outside the box.
“How many times will I tell someone, ‘I love you so much?’ I wanted to make a lasting impression, so I thought, fuck it, I’ll be a troll and I’ll be fun,” Harry added.
His first video featured Espresso hitmaker Sabrina Carpenter, where he serenaded her at her album signing in 2022.
“I think people think I’m hiding in bushes, but I actually just show up in places I know they’ll be,” he explained.
Along with the growth of his platform, Harry’s stardom has landed him a gig interviewing celebrities at this year’s People’s Choice Awards.
