ISABELLA Strahan celebrated finishing chemotherapy in an emotional vlog with her father, Michael Strahan.
The star enthusiastically documented her final treatment, bringing fans with her to the hospital.
Isabella, 19 years old, started video before chemotherapy, giving fans a rundown of what to expect.
“Today we are leaving New York to go to North Carolina for my last treatment,” she said, adding, “Yay!”
She brought fans along for the treatment, recording herself in various locations around the hospital.
“I’m so excited because, hopefully, it’s the last time,” she said as she lay in a hospital bed receiving fluids.
“Jealous of the people who don’t have to do this, but at least it’s almost over, and praying for those who do have to go through this.”
She then documented her “last bag” of chemotherapy drugs.
The next day, Isabella recorded herself in the hospital drinking liquids.
“Checking my hospital fit,” she said, showing off a pair of pink and white striped pajamas.
Later, Isabella recorded it while autographing a football for another patient.
“I’m going to autograph my first soccer ball,” she said before joking, “I’m going to pass it on to someone who autographed a soccer ball.”
“Do you want me to sign it?” — asked her father, Michael, taking a marker from her hand.
Isabella talked to the boy and his mother in the video, even comparing bald spots.
The vlog ended with Isabella receiving one last bag of chemo drugs, teasing more to come, including a “confetti parade.”
Fans in the comments celebrated the young star, who is battling medulloblastoma.
Michael Strahan’s NFL career

Michael Strahan is one of the most recognizable faces on television.
But he began his media career after a hugely successful stint in the NFL.
Strahan spent 14 years with the New York Giants, from 1993 to 2007.
He was a seven-time Pro Bowler and helped them win the Super Bowl in 2007 – ending the New England Patriots’ hopes of a perfect season.
Strahan was also a two-time NFL sack leader and also won Defensive Player of the Year.
The former Giants star set the single-season sack record with 22.5 in 2001 – a feat that was matched by JJ Watt exactly 20 years later.
He is one of the best defensive stars to ever play the game – finishing with 141.5 career sacks and 854 tackles.

SPECIAL OBLIGATION
Isabella has been documenting her chemotherapy and surgery journey and other aspects of her life.
On June 2, she captured a fun-filled weekend with her twin sister Sophia after undergoing her third round of chemotherapy.
Sophia shared photos of their time together on Instagram, capturing her sister enjoying brunch with her.
She uploaded a photo of Isabella sitting across from her at a small table as they enjoyed scrambled eggs and avocado toast.
Isabella wore a long-sleeved white blouse and matching baseball cap with gold jewelry.
She smiled as she looked at her food, holding a shaker over her plate.
“The weekend was cute,” Sophia captioned the post.
Other photos in the post showed Sophia posing in front of a lush landscape and strolling outside after swimming in the water.
Isabella commented on the post, writing “Cute”.
Sophia has been supporting her sister through her battle with cancer.
Isabella revealed her diagnosis on Good Morning America earlier this year.
“I am so lucky to have the most amazing sister and best friend in the world,” Sophia wrote on Instagram after her sister shared the news.
“The last few months have been so much harder than we could have imagined, but they’ve made me realize how strong you are. You inspire me and I’m so proud of you. Us forever,” she added.
