Eva Mendes shared a glimpse into her personal life with a post about depression.
The actress, 50, shared a cryptic video to her Instagram Story on Thursday.
On Thursday, Eva, 50, posted a video from Instagram user Sitora Rozikova, @seetorra, that said: “When depression hits, but Latin music hits harder.”
In the caption, the Cuban-American actress wrote: “Same @seetorra Same!! That’s it!”
“Asi se hace” means “This is how it’s done” in Spanish.
Her Instagram Story comes after Eva opened up about her feelings in a personal post on Wednesday.
The Girl in Progress star shared a series of Photos of herself combined with text posts about “emotions”.
The first post said, “Let’s be a generation of parents who validate their children’s sadness as much as we value their happiness.”
While the second stated: “One of the greatest gifts you can give your child is full permission to feel their emotions.
“Your anger, your pain, your sadness, your joy. In other words, the safety of being vulnerable with you.”
The photo carousel was accompanied by a long caption. “Let me cry,” the post began.
“When I cry, I don’t really like it when people tell me not to cry.”
She went on to say that she would prefer her loved ones to allow her to “let it all out,” like she does with her own children.
“I advise you to keep crying as long as necessary. So I really appreciate these posts for creating it yourself,” she continued.
She concluded the post by asking her followers “Thoughts?”
EVA “SUPER ANXIOUS”
This is the third time in a week that Eva has spoken openly about her feelings.
On June 11, Eva posted a behind-the-scenes photo video where she revealed that she gets “super anxious” when expressing herself.
While looking at the camera, Eva revealed that she gets nervous in conversations because she grew up in a bilingual household.
“Growing up bilingual was great, but I feel like I never mastered either language,” she expressed.
“So when it comes to expressing myself, I can sometimes get super ‘anxious’.”
She revealed that fashion makes her feel “more confident” while also paying tribute to her stylist for helping boost her confidence.
“Sometimes, just sometimes, confidence can start from the outside in,” she concluded in her post.
LOVE PREVAILS ALL
