DRONE images obtained by The US Sun offer a glimpse of the vacant lot Britney Spears’ father called home for years after selling the family’s childhood estate in 2021.
US Sun exclusively reported in May that Jamie Spears, 71, is living in a trailer outside the pop star’s warehouse in Louisiana in the last six years.
Jamie sold the Spears family home in Kentwood, Louisiana, for around $280,000 to a local resident, who then put the property up for sale for a whopping $1.2 million in October.
Now, an aerial view of the land where Britney keeps her keepsakes shows that her estranged father is living just steps away from his warehouse.
Jamie’s white trailer is parked near the entrance to the massive warehouse, about six miles from the family’s former ranch-like property in Kentwood.
The video also shows what is behind the sprawling property, including a tractor, two small boats, an abandoned vehicle and what appears to be a pet grave.

Records obtained by The US Sun show that Jamie purchased land next to his daughter’s grocery store for approximately $54,000 in December 20220.
The 71-year-old, who had his leg amputated in December due to an infection caused by knee replacement surgery, is believed to have lived in the property’s motorhome since 2018.
In the years since Jamie purchased the 9.09-acre plot of land next to his daughter’s industrial warehouse, little to no signs of construction have been recorded.
There are no records to indicate that Jamie is planning to buy or build a permanent home, despite pocketing around $5 million from his daughter during his 13-year conservatorship.
Jamie was removed from his role as Britney’s conservator in November 2021.
However, months before a judge granted Britney her freedom, Jamie sold the family’s childhood estate.
‘FROZEN IN TIME’
The US Sun has obtained exclusive photos of Spears’ former Kentwood estate, which has been kept in its former state from when the Toxic singer grew up there.
Photos show the modest farmhouse, situated on nearly two acres of land in the rural South, with pro-Trump flags flying above it.
Real estate agent Yvonne Hulsey told The US Sun that the property is still fully furnished with Britney memorabilia.
“There are a lot of furnishings that are still part of the history of the house from when Britney was a child,” Hulsey said.
“There was something written in the concrete when the sidewalks were built.
“There is graffiti on one of the closest ones where it says: ‘Christina [Aguilera] It’s shit, Britney is awesome.’
“They were rivals I think when they were little, and I think they’re good friends now.”
BRITNEY MEMORIES
Hulsey said the house still contains several of Jamie’s belongings, which he left behind when he sold the property.
“When Mr. Spears vacated the premises, he left several things that were historic in his childhood home,” she told The US Sun.
“Chairs, sofas, tables, knick-knacks, things like that, nothing really personal to Britney, but I guess for the family.”
Despite the home’s immaculate condition, Hulsey said she has struggled to find a buyer since the home went up for sale in October.
The real estate agent said scammers tried to get their hands on the iconic property.
“I’ve had a lot of activity, but I haven’t had a solid buyer yet,” she added.
“Lots of scammers, but I haven’t blocked anything yet.
“There are people interested in turning it into a guesthouse or museum.
“You know, being an iconic property, there’s been a lot of interest. I just don’t have anything solid.”
Britney’s childhood home has 2,200 square feet of living space and features three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
The room, believed to belong to Britney before her heyday, still features NSYNC stickers and other ’90s pop decor.
Inside the house, photos show original works of art from the grandfather winner during her youth, including a drawing of a house with flowers and mountains in the background and an image that says, “Jesus loves me!”
Britney Spears Conservatorship Timeline
In September 2021, by Britney case was returned to a Los Angeles court where Judge Brenda Penny made a series of bombshell decisions, following her father’s decision to end the conservatorship the previous month.
She decided to free Jamie from her daughter’s guardianship, however, this did not mean the complete end of the guardianship.
Speaking in court, Judge Brenda Penny said: “Based on what I have read in the record and I have read everything. I believe that Jamie Spears’ suspension is in Britney Spears’ best interest.
“The current situation is unattainable. The court finds that the toxic environment Jamie Spears created needs to be removed today.”
After the judge’s ruling, a temporary conservator was placed in Jamie’s place for about a month.
In early November 2021, Jamie returned to court presenting new legal documents that show he has stopped fighting.
Jamie had previously demanded $2 million in exchange for his resignation, but documents at the time showed he was not seeking any additional compensation.
On November 12, Judge Penny ruled in the pop star’s favor, removing Jamie as conservator without requiring any additional mental examination of Britney.
