JUSTIN Timberlake is in trouble after his arrest in New York.
He was released without bond Tuesday morning for drunken driving in Sag Harbor, a popular vacation destination in the Hamptons.

Justin’s criminal defense attorney confirmed that he was charged with a single count of DWI due to his refusal to take a breathalyzer test.
He was also cited for running a stop sign and leaving his lane while driving a gray 2025 BMW UT.
Justin was stopped by police and officers suspected he was drunk after smelling alcohol on his breath.
Officers also noted that he appeared to have glassy eyes, slow speech, was unsteady and had difficulty passing field sobriety tests.
Sources told the Daily Mail that Justin had been out with friends the night before in the area.
He left the American Hotel shortly after midnight and was stopped after running a stop sign, according to TMZ.
Justin’s trial date is set for July 26, the same day he will appear in Krakow, Poland.
JUSTIN OPENED UP ABOUT DRUGS AND ALCOHOL
The singer had previously spoken about his experience with drugs and alcohol.
Justin discussed the subject in a 2006 interview with the British magazine, Monthly Music Observer.
The publication has since merged with The Guardian.
The interview was published after his hit song, SexyBack, was released and Justin was just 25 years old.
In a conversation about his personal life and goals, Justin was asked if he would one day like to be president of the United States.
“I’ve done a lot of drugs,” he replied.
When pressed about the drugs he has used, Justin said: “I’m like everyone else, I get completely plastered, I’ve done my fair share of drugs and been caught in places with my pants down. I just make sure there are no cameras around.”
He added: “I will leave the preaching to the preachers – my grandfather is a preacher – but I believe you do nothing in excess.
“They always say that too much of a good thing can be a bad thing. I try to live my life in a balanced way. We all make mistakes.”
Timberlake’s Criminal Lawyer to the Stars

Justin Timberlake hired Sag Harbor legal eagle Ed Burke Jr for his DWI case
Justin’s lawyer has represented a range of notable names in the east.
In 2015, the attorney represented pre-#MeToo-era Matt Lauer in his fight with his Water Mill neighbors to plant trees along his property in an effort to combat noise from adjacent properties that spooked his horses.
In 2017, Ed represented Harvey Weinstein in a fender bender incident in a parking lot in the Hamptons, where the disgraced movie mogul allegedly tried to flee.
In 2001, he represented Lizzie Grubman, a nightlife publicist whose car crashed into a crowd of 16 outside a Hamptons club, before fleeing the scene.
Justin went on to say, “I don’t show up to events drunk and the drugs I’ve used have been in my private time… If Courtney Love shows up to an event it’s like, ‘Oh, that’s Courtney Love,’ but if I show up drunk it’s like: ‘Oh my God.'”
The pop singer opened up about excessive alcohol consumption once again in 2023 during the premiere of Oprah’s Master Class.
He admitted to abusing alcohol at some point in his life after struggling to deal with the pressures of fame.
Justin said surrounding himself with positive influences, including his wife Jessica Biel, helped him get through this time in his life.
The day before her DWI arrest, Jessica took to Instagram to praise Justin for Father’s Day.
She shared photos of Justin with her children and wrote, “You are so many things to so many people. But for us you are THE ROCK. The rock we climb we stand on.”
“The rock that protects us from the sun. And when we lean back against you, as we always do, we hope our butts keep you eternally anchored and warm. We love you.”
US Sun reached out to Justin Timberlake’s representatives for comment but did not immediately hear back.
