In recent days, the country singer celebrated his birthday on a romantic getaway in Italy with his wife, Gwen Stefani, 54.

On Tuesday, Blake, 48, shared two silly photos of her birthday party on her Instagram.
In the first photo, the former The Voice coach smiled slightly for the camera while wearing a disco ball helmet and orange circular glasses that said “Happy Birthday” across the top.
Blake added a pop of color with a green and yellow collared shirt.
In the photo on the next slide, Blake was passed out on the edge of the bed, wrapped in a gray blanket with pillows spread out on the mattress.

In the hotel room, balloons were propped up next to the bed with silver balloons that read “Happy Birthday” on the headboard.
In the caption, Blake wrote: “Thank you @gwenstefani for the best birthday ever!!!!! Furthermore, we finally found the hotel…”
His final sentence referenced his previous social media post, explaining that the God’s Country hitmaker drank a little too much.
On Monday, he wrote: “Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone. I drank so much in Italy that Gwen wanted to make sure I got back to the hotel safely… But I’m not there yet.”

In the comments section of Tuesday’s post, fans shared some jokes about the photo of him in bed.

“Happy birthday to the greatest, @blakeshelton [heart emoji] You are my everything!!”, she said.
To add even more love to the post, Gwen added their duet, Purple Irises, as the song fans listened to while watching the clip.
The dynamic duo — who tied the knot in 2021 — performed at this year’s Academy of Country Music Awards last month.
