The second single was released on June 7th and was accompanied by a music video starring her boyfriend, Barry Keoghan.

The video followed the Bonnie and Clyde storyline and featured romantic scenes between the two.

Please Please Please debuted at number two on the Billboard charts during its first week.

Following the success of the single, Sabrina released five additional versions of the track.

In addition to the original track and its clean version, Sabrina released acoustic, accelerated, slowed down, A cappella and instrumental variations of the song.

Fans took to social media following the releases and noticed that Sabrina isn’t the only pop star to release multiple versions of the same song.

Taylor Swift has also released several versions of her latest album, The Tortured Poets Department, which was initially released on April 19.

A fan he wrote in a Reddit thread, “Taking tips from Taylor, I see…no wonder Sabrina is trying so hard for her lately.”

Another joked: “Did she ask Taylor for permission?”

Some fans speculated that Sabrina was releasing multiple versions to increase her position on the Billboard charts.

“The graphics are so broken,” said another comment in the thread.

“I hope she takes first place, but I also hope we rewrite the rules soon for impactful charts and variants like this. It seems like a joke at this point and we all know it,” agreed a second.

“I hate that this becomes the norm so they can compete with Taylor,” a third speculated.

GRAPHICS WARS

Taylor and Sabrina have been dominating the Billboard charts following their various releases.

Just hours after the release of TTPD, Taylor surprised fans with The Tortured Poets Department: The Anthology.

The Anthology included the first 16 songs from the original album, but fans were shocked to see 15 more tracks, bringing the total to 31 songs.

Taylor is selling CD and vinyl versions of the album, as well as another CD that includes the first 16 tracks and the final song from The Anthology, The Manuscript.

TTPD broke Billboard records, occupying the top ten spots on the charts upon release.

Taylor is the only artist to occupy the top ten positions. She became the first artist to do so after the release of Midnights and broke her own record with TTPD.

Taylor also released a Target exclusive edition of the vinyl and several different deluxe versions that were only available for purchase within a 48-hour period.

Taylor has continued releasing different variants of the album and its corresponding tracks since TTPD was released in April.

She recently released a new version that included live footage from her Paris set for UK audiences.

Meanwhile, Sabrina’s hit Espresso was released on April 11 and has been climbing the charts ever since.

Last week, Sabrina held the top two spots on the Billboard Global 200 with Espresso at number one and Please Please debuting at number two.

Sabrina was quickly knocked out of the top spot due to Post Malone and Morgan Wallen’s new collaboration, I Had Some Help.
