KOURTNEY Kardashian shut down the haters and the concept of being obsessed with images in an epic new Instagram post.
Kourtney, 44, gave birth to her fourth child, Rocky, last November – her first with her husband, Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker.

The Kardashians star posted a simple message on Saturday to critics of her body figure.
She shared a vintage poster on her Poosh page, which showed a happy woman standing on a scale.
The text read: “I finally reached my goal weight and I don’t care.
“My body is the least interesting thing about me.”

She captioned it, “Humor” with a hand and heart emoji.
‘MORE OF THIS!’
Fans flooded the post’s comments, praising the star for marching to her own beat.
“Learning to not care and find my body beautiful at any size is what I’m most proud of!!” a top comment read.
“You got it, KK,” another fan wrote, others echoed, “Humor.”
“The content we all need,” wrote a fourth grateful fan.
“More of this please,” begged a fifth.
‘TERRIFYING’
Kourtney recently detailed a “terrifying” health scare involving Rocky long after it occurred in 2023.
Kourtney spoke candidly about the harrowing event on the June 20 episode of The Kardashians.
“We had a terrible scare,” Kourtney recalled in the episode.
“It’s very rare – the condition he had – but it’s also very rare and we’re lucky that we got it.
Kourtney went on to say that while she was seven months pregnant, she underwent emergency fetal surgery that saved her son, Rocky’s, life.
“Thank you, God, for a successful surgery. I am honestly so grateful. I have no words.”
The condition began to worsen after surgery; however, the Poosh founder changed her mindset during this difficult time.
“The fluid in his lungs really started coming back,” she recalled.
“Then I watched a documentary called Heal, which talked about the power of positive thinking and how our thinking can really affect our health.
“I started talking to the baby every day – saying my prayers.
“Once I had this change in mindset, the fluid completely disappeared and we didn’t have any problems.”
In June 2023, Kourtney announced that she was expecting a child with her husband, Travis, at her Blink-182 concert in Los Angeles.
Kourtney held up a sign that said “Travis I’m Pregnant” in homage to Blink-182’s 1999 music video for All The Small Things.
The couple welcomed Rocky Thirteen Barker on November 1, 2023, at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.
Before getting pregnant with Rocky, Kourtney and Travis went through IVF and a journey of trying everything to have a child with her first and only husband.
FAMILY MATTER
Although Rocky is the couple’s first child, the two had children of their own before Kourtney and Travis tied the knot.
Travis shares sons Landon and Alabama with his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler.
He also became a father figure to Atiana De La Hoya, Shannah’s daughter, and former boxer Oscar De La Hoya.
Kourtney also has three children, Mason, Penelope and Reign, with her ex, Scott Disick.
She and Travis began dating in January 2021 after years of friendship.
Their PDA-filled relationship took it to the next level when Travis asked Kourtney to marry him in October 2021.
In April 2022, the couple unofficially married at a wedding chapel in Las Vegas.
It was only in May that the couple legally married. They shared their vows in Italy in a spectacular wedding in Portofino, Italy with their friends and almost every member of the family in May 2022.
