LEAD frontman Dave Grohl appeared to attack Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour during Foo Fighters’ London concert on Saturday.
Dave appeared to accuse the pop star of not singing live during her sixth tour.
“We like to call our tour the ‘Errors Tour’,” he said during his London show. “Because we actually play live.”
He called out the popular singer by name, saying, “You don’t want to suffer the wrath of Taylor Swift.”
Swifties quickly responded, calling Dave’s comment “unnecessary.”
“Wow Grohl is so washed up he has to use Taylor’s name for free publicity,” said one social media user.

“It’s embarrassing to think he was better than that, what a shame.”
The former Nirvana drummer formed Foo Fighters in 1994 and has been a vocalist and guitarist ever since.
Meanwhile, Taylor’s debut album was released in the United States and Canada in October 2006, although she had been performing for years before that.
Fans said Dave’s dig changed their perspective on the musician, with one social media user asking him to keep it “classy”.
“He is known for being one of the nicest and nicest guys,” said another. “This isn’t… a great look for him.”
This comes after a turbulent period for Foo Fighters.
In March 2022, lead drummer Taylor Hawkins died of “cardiovascular collapse.”
A year later, the band made plans to replace Taylor in an effort to return to performing.
“Taylor loved playing with everyone, so this group of friends, family and musicians was brought together by him and we’re all connected here today by that guy,” Dave told the audience at London’s Wembley Stadium last September.
Foo Fighters decided to reveal their newest addition to the group through a live streamed event.

FULL STEAM AHEAD
The Eras Tour is currently in London at Wembley Stadium.
Next stop is the Aviva Stadium in Dublin, where Paramore will open for Taylor.
Swifties were quick to point out that Taylor performs live.
However, because there are so many individual tracks in her songs, she cannot sing them all.
“Saying that Taylor Swift doesn’t perform live is one of the most used false and insulting accusations ever,” commented one fan.
“You can’t say that about this team that works hard for hours every night for a year,” they added.
