SOFIA Vergara paid tribute to her real estate agent and longtime friend, Barry Peele, who has died aged 61.
Actress Griselda shared a carousel post on Instagram with beautiful photos of the two over the years.
“My life will never be the same without you @barrypeele [heart]U,” she wrote in the caption.
The cause of Barry’s death has not yet been revealed.
At the commentsFans of Sofia, 51, have been sharing their condolences for the actress.
“My condolences. I know how much he loved you,” one person wrote.

“I’m sorry your heart is sad, Sophia. The death of a friend is a pain that hits differently. I, unfortunately, know this loss. Look for butterflies. He will appear. I promise,” commented a second.
Sofia’s post included ten photos of her alongside the Beverly Hills real estate agent.
The two were seen enjoying their vacation, having a few glasses of wine together and even dressing up for a Halloween party.
At Barry Instagramhe last shared a photo alongside the America’s Got Talent judge on Easter.
The pair posed with Sofia’s puppy as he played in the caption: “Happy Easter @sofiavergara and the 1.5 kg lion.”
A few months earlier, Barry shared a photo of him and Sofia in the early days of her career, while celebrating her role as Griselda in the new Netflix series.
BARRY’S LEGACY
Born on November 22, 1963, Barry was raised in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Barry helped found Sotheby’s International Realty more than 20 years ago and has become a renowned real estate agent.
He was known for being one of the best at selling luxury homes, working with high-profile clients like Sofia, Madonna, 65, Ricky Martin, 52, and Demi Moore, 61.

Following Barry’s passing, Cristian David, vice president of Sotheby’s International Realty’s Southern California region, also shared a tribute on the social networks.
“It is with great sadness that we share with you that our dear colleague and friend Barry Peele has passed away suddenly,” Christian wrote.
“Barry has been a loyal and experienced agent of the brand and will be remembered as an exceptional individual who lived his life to the full and who enjoyed spending time with his closest friends, many of whom were his customers.
“Many of you worked closely with him. We will certainly miss him. May he rest in peace, Barry.”
In addition to making a name for himself in the real estate market, Barry was also a producer at one point in his career.
He was executive producer of the 2005 film Rize, which won the Golden Kinnaree Award for Best Documentary.
He also worked as a consulting producer on the film I Am Because We Are in 2008.
